California Food Literacy Center is now training its second cohort of Food Literacy Academy trainees. As part of their training, we ask students to select and read one of the below books about our food system.
There are dozens of fantastic books about the food system! We’ve narrowed the list to include some of our favorites. We recommend using your public library.
