At Food Literacy Center, we teach cooking and nutrition to elementary students in low-income schools. They follow a hands-on recipe and chop, measure, and mix all the ingredients. 

You can help us replace worn-out tools and invest in better equipment so we can continue to offer free food literacy classes to students in Sacramento.
