Betty’s work experience is nothing short of tenacious servant leadership and has worn many hats during her radishing career. She launched her extraordinary career in a non-profit organization where she provided prevention and intervention services to Asian American youth in San Francisco. Her experience grew as she made her way to the Sacramento area where she worked as a Community Impact Director working around health, sustainability, and education through the Sacramento Kings Foundation and Community Impact Programs.
Her impact in the Sacramento community has made her a strong addition to our board, she currently provides support in managing the Shine Award Program, a project funding application that supports sustainable communities in Sacramento. Betty is a compassionate leader, mother, and food activist who cares about her team as well as her community.
