This summer, Food Literacy Center is inviting the Sacramento community to its “Plant Parts Café” on the first Fridays in June, July, and August!

The event will highlight fresh, seasonal produce and serve prepared sandwiches, salad, and even mocktails! Dina Kupfer of CBS news is taking a tour of their new kitchen space where all the healthy foods being prepped for the cafe is being made!
